We want you to be happy with RenoTracker. This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the RenoTracker Pro Pass made through our online reseller, Paddle.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the 6-month and 12-month Pro Pass.
2. How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at contact@mindmap-ventures.com with your order receipt and we will work with Paddle to process the refund.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
3. What happens to your access after a refund
When a refund is processed for a Pro Pass, the corresponding access is removed from your workspace. If you have other active passes (for example a previously purchased term), they continue to apply. Your account and project data remain in place, subject to the usual Free-plan limits and our Terms of Service.
4. Refunds outside the 30-day window
Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
